Return/Exchanges?

If you want to return/exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days after your package was delivered. Anything after that will NOT be eligible for a return. the BUYER is responsible for all the shipping costs. Once we agree that you can ship the item back to us, you have 14 days for the package to return to us in order to get the refund. The item must be returned back to us in the same condition for you to get a full refund of the item (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Where can I order a blanket?

We open pre-orders once a month so if there aren't blankets on our page, it's because pre-orders are closed! Please keep up with our socials or our BLANKET STATUS page for updates on the next pre-order :)

I put the wrong address, what should I do?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us so we can change it on our end. If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for where the package goes, please contact the postal service and they should be able to help. If the package has already been delivered to the wrong address, there isn't anything we can do & If you want the item, you would have to repurchase. Please double check the address before you submit your order!

There is an issue with my order, what should i do?

Please contact us within 2 week of delivery if there is an issues with your order so we can resolve the issue.

I still haven't received my package, what should I do?

There are times that there are postal delays :) We have the same amount of information when it comes to tracking as you do, so please contact your local post office about the whereabouts of packages. If they can’t help, don’t hesitate to conact us so we can figure out a resolution for you!

My package got damaged/lost in the mail, what should I do?

We are NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages but please contact us if there are any issues so we can find a resolution for you!

For Pins/Posters/Keychains: you can either repay shipping and get new ones sent out to you, OR get a partial refund

For blankets: If a blanket has any damage to it when it arrives to you, please let us know so we can fix it for you!

If a blanket gets lost, we offer a PARTIAL refund only, no replacements. So please keep that in mind

My package says it was delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Sometimes packages show that they are delieverd but show up a few days later. We would advise waiting a bit. If it still hasn't shown up after a few days, please contact your local post office about the package. If they aren't able to help, please contact us!
