Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we agree agree to your return request you have 14 days to have the package delivered back to us in order to get your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages caused by the postal service. (You have 7 days after delivery to let us know)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pre-Order Blankets can't be returned as they are made per customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us with the contact form.
For damaged blankets: If a blanket has any damage to it when it arrives to you, please let us know so we can fix it for you!
If the blanket gets lost in transit, we offer a PARTIAL refund only or if the buyer is willing to pay shipping, we can send out a new one.
For international customers, you are responsible for paying customs fees in order to get your blanket delivered. Please keep track of your tracking. If for some reason you do not pay the customs fees. The package will either be sent back to us or be abandoned by the postal service, in which case you will only receive a partial refund for the part of the blanket cost. (Shipping costs are non-refundable).Please make sure to give leave your email when ordering an item in case we need to contact you for issues with your delivery.
