PRE-ORDER INFO:

It will take about 20-30 business days give or take for US to receive the blankets. The more orders we get, the longer it takes for us to receive the blankets once we put in the order. The period we give is just an estimate since everything depends on our manufacturer/postal delivery! When we receive them & check the quality, we will ship them individually to customers. There are only 2 of us packaging everything, so please be patient! :)

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE TO MESSAGE US BEFORE THE PRE-ORDER ENDS TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. ONCE THE PRE-ORDER ENDS AND WE HAVE PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE BLANKETS, WE ONLY OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND  FOR THE ORDER SINCE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER FOR YOU. SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THERE MAY BE AN IMPORT FEE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT FEES, NOT US. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THAT BEFORE YOU BUY (WE SUGGEST KEEPING UP WITH TRACKING SO YOU CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN TO PAY YOUR IMPORT FEES).
