WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

If you order from the 1st to the 15th of the month, you will receive your order by the end of month.

If you place your order from the 16th to the end of the month, you will receive it at the end of the following month.

BLANKETS ARE ORDERED AROUND THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH.

The period we give is just an estimate since everything depends on our manufacturer/postal delivery! When we receive them & check the quality, we will ship them individually to customers. There are only 2 of us packaging everything, so please be patient! :)

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE TO MESSAGE US BEFORE THE PRE-ORDER ENDS (15th of the month) TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL AFTER WE HAVE ALREADY PLACED OUR ORDER, YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THERE'S AN IMPORT FEE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT FEES, NOT US. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THAT BEFORE YOU BUY (WE SUGGEST KEEPING UP WITH TRACKING SO YOU CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN TO PAY YOUR IMPORT FEES).
